Is it free to use the services of QQrecruiter?
Can I change my role between employer and recruiter using the same account?
No. If your role changes, you have to register another account for your new role.
Do I need to sign an official contract with my partner offline?
Employer is able to add contract information to his/her open job and ask recruiters to accept the contract
before recruiters send partner requests to the employer or accept partner invites from the employer.
But this contract is not an official contract. Employers and recruiters can sign an official contract with more details offline.
How will the employer pay me the commission fee after I successfully refer candidate to him/her?
You can discuss the payment way with the employer offline. QQrecruiter doesn't provide such service at the moment.
How much service fee should I pay to QQrecruiter after I successfully refer candidate to employer?
You don't need to pay us any extra service fee if you are a registered memeber.
As a recruiter, can I post job?
No. Recruiters can not post job.
As a recruiter, how to earn more reputation score?
Make effort to get more contracts from employers who post jobs on QQrecruiter and refer candidates successfully.
Bring your offline employers to QQrecruiter, establish partnership with them and successfully refer candidates to them.
I just joined in QQrecruiter. Do I have opportunity to beat other recruiters with higher reputation score to
win a contract?
Yes. QQrecruiter is designed to provide equal opportunity for all recruiters.
- Every recruiter can send a partner request to a job unless the job is set to 'Invite Only'. Each time QQrecruiter only sends
a batch of 2 partner requests to a job. The employer of the job must
read all received partner requests before he/she can receive another batch of partner requests. To some extent, this way
can ganrantee all partner requests are equally read.
- Reputation score is only one of the index. If you have a special speciality or high referral succsss rate, you may also have
a high opportunity to be chosen by an employer.
- If you have experience of recruitment before joining QQrecruiter, please describe it in the description of your profile.
It can help employers to learn more about you and increase your opportunities to partner with them.
- If you are working with other employers outside of Jobiby, bring them into QQrecruiter and use QQrecruiter platform to continue
working with them. This way can help you to earn some reputation score and enhance your competition.
