Is it free to use the services of QQrecruiter?
Currently yes.
Can I change my role between employer and recruiter using the same account?
No. If your role changes, you have to register another account for your new role.
Do I need to sign an official contract with my partner offline?
Employer is able to add contract information to his/her open job and ask recruiters to accept the contract before recruiters send partner requests to the employer or accept partner invites from the employer. But this contract is not an official contract. Employers and recruiters can sign an official contract with more details offline.
How do I pay commission to the recruiter who successfully refers candidate to me?
You can discuss the payment way with the recruitr offline. QQrecruiter doesn't provide such service at the moment.
How much service fee should I pay to QQrecruiter after my open position is successfully filled?
You don't need to pay us any extra service fee if you are a registered memeber.
As an employer, is it free to post job?
Yes, it is free.
As an employer, how many jobs can I post in a month?
There is no limit.
How many partners can I work with simultaneously?
There is no limit.
As an employer, how to earn more reputation score?
  • Post more jobs and deliver offers to good candidates referred by recruiters.
  • Bring your offline recruiters to QQrecruiter and establish partnership with them.
    • After posting a job, what can I do if I don't need more partner requests from recruiters?
    You can simply change the status of your job to 'Enough Partners'. Then recruiters cannot send you partner requests any more.
    After posting a job, can I proactively select recruiters instead of just receiving partner requests?
    Yes. You can send partner invites to recruiters using "Add Partner" feature.
    After posting a job, can I only send partner invites to recruiters but not receive any partner request from recruiters?
    Yes. You can set job visibility to "Invite Only". In this way, recruiters cannot send you partner requests, but you can send them partner invites.
